  We created a Twibes Chrome extension (https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/cjgekodecbiliojiifbgokgmmljjhjge) to automatically link from Twitter to Twibes. However, it appears it now needs to be updated to work with Twitter's new design. I've added this to my todo list. It should also be possible to create one for Safari and Firefox.

  I think people want links on the twitter bio page, so when people look at your twitter profile, they can go directly to twibes.

  Couple more ideas, Twibes can create a saved search for you: http://apiwiki.twitter.com/Twitter-REST-API-Method%3A-saved_searches-create

  Also, there is some "super twitter" firefox plugin that might be able to add a link to Twitter.

  You might be able to approximate this with a saved search for your Twibe's short URL. Do a search on your twibes short URL (like twib.es/7KQ) from your home page and save the search so you'll always have it.
