automatically shorten URLs posted to twibe
should have a similar behavior to Twitter - if a URL is longer than a certain length should be automatically shortened.

have a way of becoming an unmember again
Dunno if I missed it, but there doesn't appear to be a way of totalling the twibe thing completely. It didn't help me, so I have deleted all the twibes I belonged to, but I can't seem to get rid of the basic thing.

Let me change my profile-what's on there is old!!
Need to change profile background to fit what is current on Twitter-the old one is still showing, and there's no option to update/change it!

Enable identity choices by members
For instance, the owner of the painting group could offer painter, collector, gallery owner as options. When you join the group you say what you are. Or an organic veggie group could have farmer, restaurant owner, distributor.

Have a popularity order on the 'browse twibes twitter groups' menu
On the 'browse twibes twitter goups' menu you can choose from whichever type of group you want to join, this part of the site it set out great.
But when you click the 'show more' button below it simply shows up a huge list of twibes.
The list is alphabetical as present which is great but a couple of other options could help too.
A popularity button would work - Twibes with more members at the top leading down to fewer members at the bottom.
Or a date button - Listing Twibes in order of the date they were created.

Allow me to change the user default profile page design as well as group design w/own graphics.
Twitter is so fun to personalize. We need to not only be able to change the group background and designs like on Twitter, but even our personal default backgrounds and designs. What I see when I show up is NOT pretty.
12 votesThe twibe founder can customize the twibe page, just like on Twitter. Soon you will be able to use your twitter page settings on your twibes profile page too.

stop showing tweets from people who are not members of a twibe
I have created a twibe and am adding specific members myself. When visiting the twibe page it shows tweets from others not in the Twibe just because they used one of the three keywords. I don't want this to happen when someone visits this page. I only want Twibe member relevant tweets to show.

Fix Notification Preferences
Two Issues with the Notification Preferences:
1: Change from a popup to a list with checkboxes -- the popup TAKES TOO LONG TO CHANGE when you have more than a few groups!!!
2: Also, after getting halfway through started getting this error (so now I have to remember to come back and change the other prefs!?!?!):
